I remember a reading lecture from around 1919 where a woman asks about the 3-fold social order, framing it consistent with Steiner's teachings pre-WWI. He scolded her that to try and apply the application from a time "before the great tragedy" to that period demonstrated a failed grasp of the concept. I have always enjoyed and seen myself in the concept of the Michaelic Warrior, but I wonder what Steiner would say about taking up sword in this time.
