Thank you for mentioning Able Danger. This week I was thinking about his disclosure of his sister and the implementation of the SES in our gov and couldn’t recall his name.

Funny I was watching a docu series on STORY network about Clinton and silently wondered if his impeachment had something to do with the genesis of our country’s’ downfall. As if, this is his revenge to bring down or sell out the country that impugned his character.

Larry Nichols spoke volumes about Clinton’s’ character. Clinton was doing the same things as all the other politicians so why did the establishment want to bring him down or put him in his place?

Looking at the timing of world events, it seems that his impeachment unleashed a whirlwind of revenge on the USA.

I just discovered that 'pedophilia' is not in my dictionary. I find nothing disturbing about the subject being presented at the upcoming conference. Education is a fundamental aspect necessary to approaching any solution-oriented process, and personal stories offer a slice of education that goes a long way in touching one's soul and spirit. May I be surprised to find myself present at this upcoming gathering regardless of how my circumstances appear to me at the present! It is always a pleasure to hear the two of you. Thank you for sharing such a 'lively' experience!

I know I was harsh about this issue. But I am getting sick and tired of people wallowing around in the misery and evil of pedophila and human trafficking as a conference attraction. If the topic is to be presented, then provide solutions. You would have to be living under a rock since Pizzagate and the Podestas not to know about this heinous activity.

I can not find info on this mineral complex or the conference on the NITE site! You were, however, spot on about sources just taking conference money and not enough being done about the issues at hand.(Glad to hear Doug saying “I DID do something!”😂)

I suspected they were messing with Boron in 2022 when I could not find 20 Mule Team Borax anywhere, at any grocery in any of the towns around me. I thought that very strange since it is a standard laundry booster. I finally found it on Amazon so I bought a case. I use it for baths as well.

I am behind on this conversation. The soil in Michigan in particular has no selenium due to the glaciers scraping away the soils. I learned this on Dr. Pols veterinary show as people bring in their grazing animals who cannot walk and all they need is a shot of selenium to get better.

I didn't know this about Michigan soils. Good to know. I have started supplementing my soil with boron and selenium this year and the veggies and flowers are looking fantastic.

As Tyla said, if we can't digest minerals without them going through the plants first, how is it going to help us by taking in boron through 20 Mules Borax? Is boron something different than a common mineral?

Expand full comment

This is why you have to make a solution of it. Don't take Borax straight.

A common way of ingesting rocks as a supplement is through calcium. Make sure to check the source of your calcium supplements - When I take them, I always select calcium from plants.

Good evening

I have a question for Tyla, I can't find where to order that Dr. Olree's Grand Unified Mineral Complex that you took a photo of. I did copy & pasted the site you have here & looked all around to no avail. I realize you stated contact them for info on the conference. I thought I could order a bottle instead to try. Thank you in advance for the info on where to order the bottle of minerals.

Contact the Institute and ask them where you can purchase. contact@naturopathicinstitute.org

I searched around and found this:

https://www.hillmanhealthfood.com/product-page/grand-unified-mineral-complex-360ct

OR - find a supplement that contains boron, make the borax solution, or take a boron supplement

Thank you Tyla, yes, I did start doing what you suggested too. I have a couple of big boxes of the mule team borax. I read the ingredient label on it too. And I appreciate your quick response. Happy New Year to you both.

Tyla, are you taking 1/4 teaspoon of boron a couple of times a day or a couple of teaspoons a couple times a day?

Can you please clarify?

Expand full comment

CLARIFICATION.

Take 1/4 teaspoon of 20 Mule Borax and mix with 1 cup of good water. This is your solution. Take 1 - 3 teaspoons of the solution (not borax straight) a day. Each teaspoon of solution has about 3 mg of boron. My research shows that you can take up to 10 mg a day. Start out with one teaspoon daily and increase up to 3 teaspoons of solution a day.

PROTIP - I make up 2 - 3 cups of solution at a time and keep in a glass (or plastic) bottle and pour as needed. For 2 cups, use 1/2 teaspoon of borax. 3/4 for 3 cups of water.

Last month, just out of the blue, my intuition told me to order some boron. Thank you for the confirmation! Love your kitchen talks, my husband and I have our best conversations in the kitchen.
