Really enjoyed this one. In case you misunderstood me, I've not disagreed with anything you or Ben have said. Even gave him credit for being dead on, more than likely. You guys like pointing out shills though so, I thought I would shed some light. Thankful for the Insite and your talks.

From the First Class Lessons page 84. "Mindful of this, I have often advised many who have asked me what they should do for the dead who were close to them in life. I tell them they should address the dead with thoughts that say: "May my love reach out to you. May it warm your cold and moderate your warmth." This is because warmth and cold play a significant role during the time when reviewing your life in reverse." ie kamaloka not night review....

Hugs to all, these talks are wonderful. Thank You

Christmas 2022 I had an intimate discussion with my nieces, nephew and son and I relayed this wonderful practice of before going to sleep to review the day in reverse and note any trespasses that needed to be addressed and to also note the kind words and deeds we may have done or received. I have been doing this since I first heard Douglas mention this beautiful nighttime ritual. Sooner or later we will have to confront our actions that cause our separation from Christ. Having the chance to right a wrong now feels great allowing guilt and shame to dissolve and move onto becoming an Angel! I’m trying to get better at the morning ritual. Remember my dreams, analyze them and plan the day accordingly. Thank you Tyla, Douglas and John (and Rudolph Steiner) for being Angels to me. You have changed my life and hopefully my nieces and nephew and son as well who need more exposure to the spiritual in this materialistic era. I am your dutiful student. Xxxxooo
