I was one of those women who bought into the feminist movement as a teenager. Now I'm in my mid thirties and only have one child. I wish I would've had more, but between battling auto immune disease, my husband's ill health and rise in living costs I don't foresee it in my future.

I released in 2010, it took 2 weeks, and I've been dying to show someone this since then and I've not met anyone who is really that interested I don't have thoughts in my head unless I purposely start to think it's a really easy method.
What you doing imagine at the time when I was doing it a black hole in front of the head which has an irresistible force and take out all the energy that is non-beneficial.
These days when I do it and it's not very often just to clear any residual pickups I've had, I use the light of Christ and it's even easier. I've even used the light of Sophia and that is easy as well.
When you release you will find that you have this fantastic space in your head and you feel like purring and it's wonderful and it's very freedom giving. I was releasing using the Levinson method. And I asked God to show me a better way and this was the way it came to me fully formed.
