I released in 2010, it took 2 weeks, and I've been dying to show someone this since then and I've not met anyone who is really that interested I don't have thoughts in my head unless I purposely start to think it's a really easy method.

These days when I do it and it's not very often just to clear any residual pickups I've had, I use the light of Christ and it's even easier. I've even used the light of Sophia and that is easy as well.
When you release you will find that you have this fantastic space in your head and you feel like purring and it's wonderful and it's very freedom giving. I was releasing using the Levinson method. And I asked God to show me a better way and this was the way it came to me fully formed.
Just to clarify, I replace the black hole with a white hole with the light of Christ or the light of Sophia.
About a week after I released I was visited by a demon that I could see quite clearly it took me years to find out who it was I saw bono of U2 acting as Mr McPhisto, I found out that this being is Mephistopheles and I asked him if he was here to kill me, he smiled with his jagged smile going from ear to ear and then left.
I asked God to show me heaven after I released and I was given a preview for only a few seconds of the most beautiful love and wonderful warmth I've ever felt in my life.
